Applications Accepted at ALL times.

  Basic Requirements:
  • Entrance exam   
  • 1 Year as an EMT working Full-Time or 2 Years Part-Time
  • Letter of recommendation from an Ambulance Service Director
  • Letter of reference from a Medical professional (Emergency Room M.D. or R.N.)
  • Proof of Health Insurance (personal)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • CPR healthcare provider level or ARC BLS for healthcare providers
  • $2,000 Course Fee
  • Books and clinical insurance included

  Titers (Proof due prior to clinical portion):
  • TB
  • Hep-B series
  • Measles
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Chicken pox
  Any candidate who withdraws before the third scheduled day of class may receive all monies except their             
  deposit, book and insurance fees.  Any candidates that are dismissed from the course or withdraw from course
  after the third scheduled day of class may not receive any of their tuition back.

  The following costs are NOT included in the course fee:
- State application fee
- State Practical certification exam fee
- State Written Exam fee
