How long do I have to wait for confirmation that I have been accepted into the course?
If you request a confirmation you will receive a response generally within 48 hours. Confirmations are by email or phone only. Therefore, to get a confirmation, a phone number or email address must be provided.

What are my payment options?
Cash, check, money order, debit, credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Discover) are accepted on the first night of class.

What is the refund policy?
Any candidate who withdraws before the third scheduled day of class may receive all monies except their book and insurance fees. Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to Quality EMS Educators prior to the 3rd scheduled class day. Any candidates that are dismissed from the course or withdraw from course after the third scheduled day of class may not receive any of their tuition back.
For Paramedic classes, financing requires full payment and goes by the above refund policy rules. If payment is being made without financing, then payments may be made in one, two, three, or four installments. The first payment may be refunded following the refund policy rules stated above. All other payments are non-refundable.

What percentage of your students pass the state exam?
98% of Quality EMS Students pass the Practical exam the first time.
99% pass overall.
85% of Quality EMS Students pass the written exam.

Is your school licensed by the state of MA?
Yes, Quality EMS Educators, Inc. is an accredited teaching institution certified by the Office of Emergency Medical Services (OEMS).
